Terri Lee Walters, CEO/Executive Producer
Terri Lee Walters is Founder, CEO and Executive Producer for Moonfish Production, Ltd. in Montville, NJ. Terri is responsible for the overall direction of Moonfish including: production, event implementation and staging, conceptual and creative design and approach, sales/marketing, and ongoing client relationships. She has a keen ability to become an integral part of an organization, garner respect and support from senior executives, focus their corporate messages and translate their visions into reality.
Terri has more than 20 years of experience in the production and event industry. She spent 8 years with Prudential Television, a division of The Prudential Insurance Company of America. During her tenure there, she produced CEO broadcasts, town hall meetings, video magazines, national sales conferences and other corporate media events. Prior to Prudential, she traveled the country with an event management company as a senior project director overseeing various pharmaceutical symposia and conferences.
Terri is a graduate of Mount St. Mary College in Newburgh, NY where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. She also graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, NJ with a Master’s degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication.
Diane C. Rickards, COO/Executive Producer
Diane is Chief Operations Officer and Executive Producer for Moonfish Production, Ltd. Diane is responsible for creative development, tactical execution, budget management, on-site logistical management and administration.
Diane has more than 15 years experience in the field of marketing, event management, print production and design, trade show development and multimedia creation. At Prudential Financial, she was Director of Creative Services where she managed a staff of 40 and oversaw the marketing effort for the company's financial products. For three years, she was Director of Events for Prudential's National Sales Division. Her responsibilities ranged from designing and implementing Trade Shows to managing all aspects of Event Production - Creative Development, Messaging, Video and Print Production, Staging, Staffing and Budgeting.
Diane is very adept at managing large-scale projects and paying close attention to deadlines and budgets. Her experience and care in managing all aspects of an event ensure a clear message is delivered and event continuity is achieved.
Diane is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ where she received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
